What is the best way to send orders to Liquid Designs?
Orders can be e-mailed to: [email protected] or you can fax your orders to:1-425-284-5495. We prefer email.  For any other correspondence relating to a specific order please email us. Please remember to include your P.O. number on any paperwork you send to us.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Our minimum is 24 bottles or one case. For labels-only orders the minimum is ten labels.

Is there a set-up charge?
If the artwork is not submitted to us print ready there is a one time setup charge of $75, which includes four-color process, digital printing.

How do I get pricing for quantities larger than you offer on the website?
Please contact the sales department with your exact requirements and we will be happy to quote you.

Do we need to ship the bottles all at one time?
No. We have a release program where we will print a large number of labels based on your total requirements and drop ship as needed. Once the initial order has been produced, we need at least 8-9 working days notice for any subsequent releases using the same label. How can I check the status of my order?

The best way is contact our customer service department with your purchase order number via email and we'll give you an update.

How will I know when my order is completed?
You will receive an email with tracking on the day your order ships.

What is your standard production time?
For bottled water orders it is approximately 9 days from date of proof approval. For the water bottle labels it is 2 days from date of proof approval.

Can you do rush orders?
No, at this time we do not offer rush service.

Do you acknowledge orders?
Yes. All orders are acknowledged in detail including cost and shipping information and an order confirmation is emailed to you. This is done at the same time your order is placed and entered into our system.

Is there a charge if the order has to be cancelled?
If there has been any work done on the order, such as a proof sent or the printing of labels, there will be a cancellation charge. If your order has not yet gone into production, there will be no cancellation charge.

How is the water packaged and what does it weigh?
The water is packaged in cardboard boxes.

Where do you ship from?
We have a west coast F.O.B. point in Culver, OR for bottled water orders. Labels-only orders are shipped from our corporate headquarters in Kirkland, WA.

Once my order has shipped, will I be able to track its progress to the final destination?
We make all tracking numbers available through email.

Can we use our own freight company or do we need to use whoever you specify?
You can use a carrier of your own choice. We will require a copy of a bill of lading and a contact name and phone number at the freight company.

Do you ship using UPS or FedEx?
We ship using UPS ground service for bottled water orders. We use the USPS or any level of UPS for labels-only orders. If you or your client requires us to ship using their UPS account, we will need an account number to use and a letter from the owner of that number authorizing us to use it. Please contact customer service for more information.

What if there is damage to a shipment when it arrives at its destination?
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made to our customer service department and we will facilitate the claim process.
